Kenya’s Supreme Court Nullifies The Presidential Election Results.

Kenya’s Supreme Court has annuled the result of the August 8 presidential election.

President Uhuru Kenyatta was declared

the winner but the court said the electoral board committed “irregularities and illegalities” during last month’s presidential vote, harming the integrity of the election.

In their decision, they requested a fresh election within a specified time, during which electoral process will be played evenly for all.
